- 6:55 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, University Ave & N. Lake Street. Contacted person after getting a report of a subject sleeping at the bus stop adjacent to the Chazen, temporarily detained, released without incident.
- 9:41 am, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experience mental health crisis, Therapy K9 Hoagie deployed to assist.
- 9:50 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, UWPD. Assisted outside agency with three cell phones.
- 1:43 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contact with Residence Hall staff they mentioned signs and hall decorations being stolen from the third floor.
- 2:46 pm, Graffiti, Walnut Street & Campus Drive. Located multiple sites of illegible graffiti writing on the southern retaining wall along the bike path between Walnut St. and the Vet Med building.

- 9:53 am, Damage to Property, Lot 6. Called and spoke with person for report of vehicle striking "Lot Full" sign outside of Lot 6.
- 10:05 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Lot 63. Stolen vehicle from outside agency case was located in Lot 63.
- 10:57 am, Criminal Damage, Chamberlin House. Contacted Housing Building Services regarding a couch and television (LG TV) being damaged in the basement of the Chamberlin House.
- 2:37 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lot 21. Attempted to locate, no suspects found.
- 4:18 pm, Information, Location Redacted. Emailed person who emailed the police email box regarding threatening email they had received, threat assessment also notified, however no credible threats in the email, only harassing and offensive words used.
- 5:22 pm, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person after they reported a theft by fraud on a group chat through Groupme, never received tickets after sending funds through Venmo.
- 7:15 pm, Other, University Ave. Assist Motorist - Contact with person who was passing illegally a parked vehicle and side swiped their vehicle when they were pulling out from the side of the road.

- 9:18 am, Information, Location Redacted. Contacted by telephone person who reported a sensitive crime.
- 9:31 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted/Transported persons after one required a ride to local hospital for an injury from the night prior.

- 11:04 am, Graffiti, Integrative Biology Research. Found black spray paint graffiti on steam riser 20.1/11 between Zoology and RR tracks.
- 11:52 am, Warrant Served, Local Hospital. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail patient with a P&P outstanding warrant, patient needed additional medical clearance prior to booking, transported back to local hospital then jail without incident.

- 4:47 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location Redacted. Missing person found prior to drone deployment.
- 5:43 pm, Warrant Served, Local Hospital. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for a confirmed warrant out of Juneau County, medically cleared and transported from local hospital to DCJ without incident.
- 6:51 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Local Hospital. Contact with person who hit MFD’s M7 passenger side mirror with their driver side mirror while on scene of another incident.

- 11:29 am, Information, Sorority House/Langdon Street. Contacted person regarding unknown person driving around yelling at people.
- 5:39 pm, Theft/Larceny, Dejope Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported their wallet and its contents stolen from unoccupied front desk of DeJope Residence Hall.
- 5:52 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Lake Mendota. Dane County called that a person jumped off a motorboat .28 miles SE governor's island and never resurfaced, investigation ongoing at time of briefing release.
- 11:14 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, N. Henry Street. Assisted outside agency with possible shots fired in the 600 area of N Henry St.
- 11:29 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person with medical injury, MFR transported to local hospital, no police assistance needed.
- 11:46 pm, Check Person, Memorial Union. Cited person for resisting/obstructing an officer after they were observed swimming off the hoofer's private pier. Verbally Warned for failure to obey signage.
- 1:31 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person on fourth floor hallway of Residence Hall after they were found by housefellows sleeping in the toilet bowl of the bathroom.

- 9:10 am, Found Property, Arbor Drive/Arboretum. Contacted person regarding a bike and trailer they found in the Arboretum. Bike/Trailer entered into NCIC as stolen and placed into property for safekeeping.
- 5:30 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Upham Woods. Cited driver for Failure to Obey Signage after they failed to heed verbal warnings to leave the dry sand area of West Beach at Upham Woods. Citation to be delivered by email at a later time.
- 9:22 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Lake & W. Dayton Streets. Cited persons for UAL 1st (muni) after they were seen pushing a shopping cart with each other inside, holding open intoxicants.
- 11:57 pm, Motor Vehicle Accident, Gordon Commons. Contacted person who was operating a vehicle and struck a light post while backing up.
- 1:13 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, East Campus Mall/E. Johnson Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, and failure to obey traffic sign (wrong way). Verbally warned for possess intoxicants inside motor vehicle, UAL 1st, and possess fake ID.

- 8:25 am, Graffiti, Humanities Building. Contacted person after reporting graffiti on multiple exterior doors on the northwest side of the third floor of Humanities.
- 4:59 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, College Court & Brooks Street. Cited person for UAL 1st (muni), seized and disposed of alcohol.
- 7:09 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Street & East Campus Mall. Contacted persons after they were observed at Regent St Liquor purchasing & exchanging alcohol. Cited one for UAL 1st (Muni), verbally warned for possession of false ID. Verbally warned other person for possession of false ID.
- 7:50 pm, Resisting Arrest, Chazen Museum. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail person after a passerby found them unresponsive on the front lawn to the Chazen. When contacted by MFD they became assaultive and uncooperative. Person cited for resisting, threats to LEO, and extraditable warrant from Texas.
- 10:33 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Cited person for State UAL 1st after they were observed exiting dorm room with a alcoholic beverage.
- 11:18 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, W. Dayton & N. Lake Streets. Cited person after they were observed unable to walk without assistance.
- 11:30 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Lake & Langdon Streets. Contacted person for open intoxicant after they were seen carrying a MPD “no parking sign” and an open alcoholic beverage. Person cited for UAL 1st (Muni) and verbally warned for open intoxicants.
- 12:18 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted/Cited for UAL 1st/Transported to detox person who called in by on-duty house fellows for detox evaluation after finding them being supported by others during rounds.
- 12:59 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Engineering & Campus Drive. Person walked into SHPD traffic stop, intoxicated, ride provided back to residence hall, cited for MMC UAL 1st.

- 1:39 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person for UAL 1st after they were called in for signs of intoxication.

- 7:15 am, Check Person, Local Hospital. Contacted person regarding them causing a disturbance in the Emergency Room lobby.
- 8:24 am, Check Person, Bascom Hill. Contacted person after it was reported they were walking around near Bascom swinging a stick in the air.
- 10:45 am, Theft/Larceny, Biochemistry Sciences. Called person for report of missing backpack that contained items left around Henry Mall.
- 11:51 am, Graffiti, Humanities Building. Contacted person after reporting graffiti in the southeast stairwell.
- 12:51 pm, Found Property, Camp Randall Arch/GAR Park. Black camera found in GAR Park, placed into safekeeping.
- 5:20 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Park & Regent Streets. Contacted persons after observing the group exit Regent Street Liquor and place alcohol in backpacks. Some cited for UAL 1st (Muni), others cited and verbally warned for False ID.
- 5:56 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent Liquor/N. Park & Regent Streets. Observed person purchase alcohol and take it inside Residence Hall.
- 6:10 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited person after observing them exit Regent Street with alcohol before hiding the alcohol in another person’s backpack.
- 6:32 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, Mills & Regent Streets. Contacted/Cited persons for UAL 2nd (Muni) and UAL 1st (Muni) after observing them exit Regent Street Liquor with alcohol and hand it to another person outside. Verbally warned for false DL.
- 7:53 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Brooks & Regent Streets. Contacted/Cited person for UAL 1st (Muni) after observing them exit Regent Street Liquor with alcohol before hiding the alcohol in a duffel bag. Verbally warned for False ID.

- 8:25 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Park & Spring Streets. Contacted persons for suspicious behavior at Regent Street Liquor. Cited one for Madison Municipal UAL 1st and verbally warned for false ID.
- 11:13 pm, Other, W. Johnson & N. Frances Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/cited driver for operating after revocation, verbally warned for operating without required lamps lit, open intoxicants, and possession of marijuana.
- 11:20 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person with medical need and was transported to local hospital by MFR.
- 12:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Cited person UAL-1st after they caused a mild disturbance in Residence Hall, verbally warned for fake ID, confiscated and destroyed.
- 2:28 am, Resisting Arrest, W. Gorham & N. Bassett Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Disregarding Official Traffic Sign (One Way). Passengers observed not wearing seat-belts in addition to one being in possession of marijuana in plain view. Driver eventually Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail for Obstructing Officer after falsely identifying themselves, cited for Possession of THC, UAL 1st, and Safety Belts and Child Restraint Systems.
- 3:02 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, W. Gorham & N. Basset Streets. Assisted outside agency with custodial arrest of a fleeing suspect.
- 3:02 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person regarding them not feeling well after consuming edible, MFR transported to local hospital.
- 3:40 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Gave ride to person from residence hall to local hospital to see person that was transported by MFR.

- 7:27 am, Motor Vehicle Accident, Lot 75. Contacted person after they were made aware that someone hit their truck while parked in Lot 75.
- 10:13 am, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person who advised they sent money to purchase football tickets to last night’s game and never received the tickets. Will try to stop payment through bank and gave resources to prevent future scams.
- 11:07 am, Other, Lowell Center. Contacted person after they reported a person trying to steal 2 Ebikes on the east side of the Lowell Center.
- 6:39 pm, Damage to Property, Lot 59. Contacted person after their vehicle was found with a flat front passenger side tire but looks to be cut in the sidewall, unable to determine if damage done intentionally.
- 7:25 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Chapter 51 paperwork delivered for patient experiencing mental health crisis.
- 9:06 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Observed person being carried by another person after falling inside stadium due to over consumption, not accepted by detox, MFR transported to local hospital.
- 11:43 pm, Check Person, Residence Hall. Detox evaluation done on person after persons found them in their room intoxicated. Person placed in protective custody, MFR transported to local hospital and to be cited for UAL.
- 2:51 am, Other, University Ave & East Campus Mall. Liquor Law Violation/Traffic Stop - Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Disregarding Official Traffic Sign (One Way) and Open Intoxicants in plain view.
- 3:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. MFR transported person to local hospital for incapacitation due to alcohol after being found unresponsive in restroom and will be cited for UAL at a later date.

- 12:44 pm, Fraud, Eagle Heights. Contacted person who reported a fraudulent charge on their bank card, card has been cancelled.
- 1:37 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Union. Called person for report of a theft of their Iphone 16 at the Memorial Union.
- 6:01 pm, Disorderly Conduct, University Ave & East Campus Mall. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for disorderly conduct, felony possession of cocaine/drug paraphernalia. Verbally warned for possession for alcohol on UW Lands, after being called in for throwing rocks at people and yelling.
