- 1:02 am, Other, Park & Dayton Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Exceeding Posted Limit (37/25) and Non-Registration of Auto also cited for Operating While Revoked 2nd (Criminal) and IID Tampering/Fail to Install/Violate Court Order.

- 5:58 am, Damage to Property, WARF Building. Contacted Serve Pro supervisor regarding leak at the WARF Building, leak started on the 6th floor hydronic heating system.
- 7:35 pm, Other, N. Brooks & Regent Streets. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Cited driver for solid red light violation. Confiscated/Verbally Warned for false ID.
- 8:26 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
- 9:27 pm, Other, N. Lake St & University Ave. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Verbally Warned driver for Exceeding Posted Limit and Violating Solid Red Traffic Control Signal, also cited for Operating While Suspended and Operating MV after Suspension of Registration. Passenger cited for seatbelt violation after refusing to identify themselves.
- 9:57 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Assisted outside agency with patient in local hospital emergency room who was uncooperative which required multiple instances of physical intervention multiple agencies on scene.
- 1:36 am, Operating While Intoxicated, West Shore Drive & Erin Street. Traffic Stop - Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible Party driver for OWI 1st, PAC 1st, display unauthorized registration plate and possession of open intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle.
- 1:53 am, Resisting Arrest, N. Frances Street. Arrested/Cited/Released to Responsible Party person for City UAL 1st, City resisting/obstructing, verbally warned for possess fake ID (confiscated/destroyed).

- 6:23 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 29. Cited person for UW smoking in building, verbally warned for trespassing.
- 7:35 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 6. Cited person for trespassing after being located in the stairwell. Verbally warned person for smoking in a building and possessing alcohol on UW Lands.
- 7:35 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported patient to local hospital, no police assistance needed.
- 9:01 am, Found Property, UWPD. Wallet belonging to person turned into UWPD, person contacted, off campus at this time, items placed into safekeeping until person can pick up at a later date.
- 2:48 pm, Check Person, SMI. Staff believed someone was living out of room in the building and contacted UWPD. UWPD Officer business card left with property in room for person to claim upon their return, person did come to UWPD to claim items of value and was cited for trespassing due to violation of a current 2-year University Ban.
- 7:33 pm, Warrant Served, Spring & N. Park Street. Traffic Stop – Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail driver for speeding and arrested them for multiple extraditable warrants, along with OWD, verbally warned for speed and registration violations. Arrested passenger for multiple extraditable warrants, vehicle relocated to legal parking stall.
- 11:51 pm, Other, W. Johnson & N. Carroll Streets. Traffic Stop - Cited driver for OWS as vehicle had no registration plates.
- 12:13 am, Operating While Intoxicated, W. Johnson St. & East Campus Mall. Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released to Responsible Party driver for Exceeding Posted Limit (35/25) and issued citations for violation of absolute sobriety law and had open intoxicants in motor vehicle. Verbally warned for Possession of THC (County) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after marijuana was observed in plain view (Items destroyed at UWPD).

Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail driver for unreasonable and imprudent speed, driving while suspended, obstructing with a false MN DL presented (confiscated/destroyed along with debit card not in subjects name).

- 10:46 pm, Other, University Ave & Lake Street. Depositing Human Waste - Observed person yelling nonsensically at a bar line and then urinating on the building. Cited for municipal deposit human waste.
- 12:28 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Dayton St. & Marion Ct. Observed person walking with an open Busch light. Cited for municipal UAL 1st.
- 1:40 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Regent & Mills Streets. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Released for pedestrian violation and open intoxicants, municipal UAL 1st, False ID (confiscated/destroyed).
- 3:29 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person needing medical assistance, MFR transported to local hospital.

- 8:27 pm, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Local Hospital. Assisted outside agency & Hospital Security with patient/arrestee in local hospital emergency room. Patient cited for UW disorderly conduct as they made threatening comments towards hospital security.

- 7:25 am, Other, Law Building. Request For Assistance - Contacted person reporting items used to secure lockers had been removed from 3 lockers over the weekend.
- 7:25 am, Information, Office of Admissions. Received a mandatory report from the Office of Admission.
- 2:11 pm, Fraud, Local Hospital. Contacted by telephone person who reported losing a significant amount of money through a phone scam.
- 7:51 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Humanities Building. Contacted/Cited person for UW Code Closing Hours Establish and Trespass to Land Remain After Notice when they were located during locking up the Humanities Building.
- 12:30 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 7. Cited person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice after observing them enter the northeastern stairwell of parking ramp.
- 10:01 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Fluno Center. Contacted/Cited person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice after observing them enter the Fluno Center. Also cited for UW Prohibited Dumping - Littering after throwing their citation.
- 10:36 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 7. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Remain After Notice after observing them enter the lot via the northeastern stairwell where he was previously advised not to return to earlier in the evening. Next contact person will be made to post cash bond if contacted on University Lands again during the night.

Contacted/Verbally Warned/Arrested on two Bench Warrants out of Monroe County/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail person for Smoking Prohibited (Bus Shelter), UW Smoking (Within 25FT of Residence Hall), and UW Selling, Peddling, and Soliciting after observing them smoking within the bus shelter in front of Witte Hall and displaying a pillow case soliciting for contributions.
- 8:06 pm, Trespassing/After Hours, Humanities Building. Contacted/Cited person for trespass after notice, after they were reported by UWPD Security as being in the 3rd floor theater lobby of the Humanities building where they have a current University ban.
- 1:34 am, Resisting Arrest, Morgridge Hall. Obstruction/Resisting - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after they were found sleeping in a room within the building, cited for obstruction, closing hours violation and an active warrant out of Waukesha County.
- 3:03 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Lot 7. Contacted/Cited person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice after locating them within the southwestern stairwell.
- 5:06 am, Trespassing/After Hours, Park St. & University Ave. Contacted/Arrested/Released with Citations person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice x3 after observing them trespass within UW Lot 7 twice and the Fluno Center/UW Lot 83 once.

Contacted/Arrested/Released With Citations person for Trespass To Land - Remain After Notice, UW Resisting/Obstructing Police Officer, and Pedestrian Violate Pedestrian Signal after they attempted to walk away from Police after being found asleep within the southwestern stairwell.
- 5:51 pm, Other, Campus Drive & Walnut Street. Traffic Stop - Stopped/Cited driver for unreasonable and imprudent speed and for criminal OAR.
- 10:48 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lot 7. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Theft of Movable Property <$2500, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice after they were observed on live UWPD Security Footage trespassing within the parking structure and entering unlocked vehicle.
- 11:26 pm, Damage to Property, Morgridge Hall. Contacted UWPD Security Officer after a heating unit in the penthouse was leaking water onto the 1st, 5th, 6th and 7th floor. Steamfitter was called. Damage to walls, ceiling, and carpeting.
- 4:33 am, Threat Assessment, East Campus Mall & University Ave. Contacted/Cited person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice after observing enter the lot.

- 2:02 pm, Battery, Local Hospital. UPDATE from previous reported incident - Person transported to Dane County Jail on charges of domestic battery and resisting.
- 9:22 am, Theft/Larceny, Eagle Heights. Person reported key missing from ignition and vehicle moved.
- 7:06 pm, Other, W. Johnson Street & East Campus Mall. Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for obstruction after providing a false name and operating while suspended.
- 8:49 pm, Drug Violation, Lot 7. Contacted/Verbally Warned person for Trespass to Land Remain After Notice and UW Possession of Marijuana.
- 11:04 pm, Resisting Arrest, Local Hospital. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after local hospital security reported they would not leave hospital after being requested to leave. Arrested for Trespass-Remain After Notice and escorted off property. After release person arrested for standing on roadway 346.29(2), Resisting/Obstructing.
- 11:46 pm, Other, N. Park & W. Johnson Streets. Traffic Stop – Stopped driver for operating w/o front license plate and vehicle searched due to odor of marijuana. Driver cited for OAR, possession of THC, verbally warned for possession of drug paraphernalia. Passenger in vehicle cited for possession of THC.
- 12:50 am, Battery, Local Hospital. Cited person for UW Assaultive Behavior after reports of health care staff being injured.
- 1:24 am, Drug Violation, Library Mall. Contacted/Verbally Warned person for UW Possession of Marijuana after observing them smoking a marijuana blunt.
- 2:22 am, Operating While Intoxicated, N. Lake & State Streets. Traffic Stop – Stopped driver for failure to obey sign/signal (driving on State St), driver cited for OWS, OWI 1st, and failure to obey sign/signal. Released to responsible party at local hospital.
