Person of interest is known and citations for UW-Code Smoking in building and Vandalism to be created and issued when person is seen next.
1:21 pm, Found Property, UWPD. Purse found near Residence Hall turned in, unable to contact owner, placed into safekeeping until contact can be made.

10:24 pm, Theft/Larceny, Lot 27. Contacted persons for a report of a person entering a vehicle and taking items.
12:12 am, Check Person, Chemistry Building. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect on PC for theft and cited them for trespass remain after notice.
11:24 pm, Other, N. Park Street & University Ave. Stopped/Cited person for operating without valid driver license for the 2nd time within 3 years. Verbally Warned for failure to stop at a red light.

11:08 pm, Resisting Arrest, Chazen Museum. Contacted/Cited persons for trespassing and resisting after witnessing them on the roof of the Chazen and all subsequently fled on foot after we made contact.

Cited person for Trespass to Land - Remain After Notice and UW Theft Under $100 after observing them via UWPD Security Cameras trespassing within the lot before carrying off a "No Trespassing" notice. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Resisting/Obstructing Officer and two active Dane County Arrest Warrants after observing them enter the Computer Sciences Building during its closed period via UWPD Security Cameras.

12:59 am, Bail Jumping, Residence Hall. Contacted/Cited/Arrested by MPD after being contacted by UWPD in a Residence Hall after causing a disturbance inside and outside and battering someone. Arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to dwelling, and misdemeanor bail jumping.

9:06 am, Fraud, Residence Hall. Contacted person who thought they were paying for their computer to be repaired and sent money in crypto currency to a scam.
11:10 am, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. MFR transported person to local hospital, no police assistance needed.
1:19 pm, Medical/Alcohol/Detox Conveyance, Location Redacted. Contacted person regarding medical assistance, no further police assistance with MFR on scene.
2:11 pm, Mental Health Welfare Check, Location Redacted. Contacted person experiencing mental health crisis.
8:05 pm, Other, Lot 36. Request For Assistance - Cited person for UW Disorderly conduct after they were unable to exit lot due to losing their ticket and began to yell at staff and caused motor vehicle accident.

10:28 am, Assist Law Enforcement Agency, Location off campus/Sauk County. Spoke to DNR Warden regarding illegal hunting activity on UW Property at Dairy Forge Research (Sauk County). Advised regarding UW codes and ability to remove erected hunting structures. DNR Warden informed that UWPD would assist with UW code citations, if needed.
3:26 pm, Graffiti, Educational Sciences. Inspected graffiti in restroom this graffiti was inside the bathroom stall.
5:09 pm, Theft/Larceny, Residence Hall. Contacted person who reported their door stockings missing, stockings found with another resident on same floor, returned to original owner.
9:02 pm, Follow-up, UWPD. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect from previous case, transported without incident.
10:10 pm, Information, Residence Hall. Contacted person regarding a sensitive crime.
11:50 pm, Underage Alcohol Violation, N. Mills & W. Johnson Streets. Cited person for UAL 1st (municipal) after they were reported to be intoxicated and in need of medical attention, evaluated, intoxicated not incapacitated, released without incident.

Stopped/Cited driver for OAR (criminal) and Failure to Install IID in vehicle after observing them drive down State Street, through State Street Mall, drive on the sidewalk through Library Mall, and drive away, verbally warned for Failure to Obey Signs, Imprudent Speed.

Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect for Resisting Officer (Criminal), UW Closing Hours - Established, UW Unauthorized Presence, UW No Smoking - Non Residence Hall, and UW Prohibited Dumping - Littering after they were found by UWPD Security smoking within the building during its closed period before attempting to evade Police and physically resisting while being detained.
10:59 pm, Theft/Larceny, Bakke Recreation Center. Contacted person regarding report of stolen property from a locker in near the front desk of Bakke, items found in a different locker once video reviewed.
12:43 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Location Redacted. MFR transported person to local hospital due to alcohol incapacitation, cited person for UAL 2nd (state) after they were observed by passerby to be highly intoxicated and unable to stand on the east side of residence hall.
