  • 9:14 am, Found Property, Dayton & Lake Streets. Person contacted PD about RV tank on sidewalk, K9 Ritter cleared tank without issue, secured as found property, owner unknown.
  • 9:46 am, Threat Assessment, Location Redacted. Contacted person's office regarding threatening emails, investigation ongoing at this time.
  • 1:40 pm, Other, Union South. Depositing Human Waste - Contacted person regarding person defecating in Lot 80 stairwell, person has not been located.
  • 2:09 pm, Follow-up, Eagle Heights. Follow up on vehicle accident, information exchanged, insurance involved.
  • 2:53 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Library. Person reported their scooter was stolen from the bike racks at the Memorial Library .
  • 3:32 pm, Theft/Larceny, Local Hospital. Contacted person who reported their phone stolen from local hospital while there.
  • 5:30 pm, Theft/Larceny, Memorial Library. Contacted person reported stolen headphones.
  • 7:15 pm, Theft/Larceny, MSC. Contacted person reported their fanny pack stolen from MSC.
  • 9:41 pm, Drug Violation, Memorial Library. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Verbally Warned/Released to Dane County Jail person for Unauthorized Picnicking or Camping and UW Possession of THC after finding them asleep in a folding chair with their belongings strewn about with an active Probation Violation Warrant, Citation for UW theft Under $100 and PC for Possession of Cocaine/Cocaine Base (2nd+), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Felony Bail Jumping.
  • 10:31 pm, Graffiti, Helen C. White. Contacted person for report of graffiti on the Helen C White Hall Floors 4-7 elevator lobby doors.
  • 10:46 pm, Other, W. Gilman Streets. Obstruction & UAL - Contacted person for a detox evaluation outside Samba Grill. Detained person as they interfered with the evaluation. Cited person for UAL 1st (MUNI), and cited other person for obstruction and UAL 1st (MUNI).
  • 11:29 pm, Drug Violation, W. Gilman Street. Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail suspect after observing a possible hand-to-hand drug transaction outside Cheba Hut, when suspect fled after observing Officers and was subsequently detained.
  • 12:50 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after observing them being supported up while walking on the side walk near Residence Hall, Detox eval conducted, intoxicated but not incapacitated. Later in evening MFR transported to local hospital for incapacitation.
  • 1:07 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after observing them almost stumble into oncoming traffic before being caught by a friend, cited for UAL 1st.
  • 1:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Residence Hall. Contacted person after observing them getting sick outside of Residence Hall and unable to stand, cited for UAL 1st to be delivered at a later date.
  • 1:23 am, Underage Alcohol Violation, Library Mall. Contacted person for detox evaluation, intoxicated not incapacitated, cited for UAL 1st.
